About Us

Trident is an insurance broker established by Mike Olszanski, Paul Copas and Tim Sobey, three insurance professionals with over 75 years of market experience between them.

All three gained the majority of their experience and their set of values working within a small/medium sized broker, which was ultimately acquired by one - and then in turn by another - large national broker. They found this period frustrating and wanted to get back to the basic principles of putting client service and client interests first and foremost.

In 2007, Trident was formed with this objective in mind... to protect the financial interests of our clients by providing competitive insurance solutions matched to their needs.  This is what we aim to do.

Trident is a member of the TEn Insurance Services network, which brings us virtually all of the benefits of a broker many times our size, but with fewer frustrations and conflicts of interest.
